PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Your sessions with Helen Tyson are confidential. Helen Tyson will not disclose any information about your session to anyone unless you give us written permission to do so. However, there are confidentiality limitations required by law.

Helen Tyson uses third-party providers for booking your appointment and payment processing, both of which are compliant to the highest security standards in protecting your information.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Accordingly, despite our best efforts to protect your personal information, Helen Tyson cannot completely ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted for the online products or services. You transmit all such information at your own risk. Once receiving your information, we will make every effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Helen Tyson will disclose personal information for the co-ordination of services, quality assurance, and/or payment electronically.

As some sessions are done remotely, you will be solely responsible for confidentiality and privacy at your location. The session will not stop if another person is in your surroundings. Please ensure you take your own measures to maintain confidentiality in your environment.

You understand that by providing this informed consent you are assuming full responsibility for the session and hold harmless Helen Tyson and facility/location where the session is provided.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Sessions provided by Helen Tyson are intended to increase communication within areas of the body-mind.
Sessions are non-invasive and safe and uses the body-minds’ own innate intelligence. The Practitioner does not affect or inflict any influence and can do no harm.
The participation in a session is voluntary and that at all times you may choose to end your participation.

The sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. Helen Tyson does not diagnose, nor does she prescribe medication.
Any medical concerns should be addressed with a qualified medical doctor.

In the case that the client has engaged Helen Tyson on behalf of another, she is not held liable by any party for the session conducted.
Helen Tyson will not disclose any information about the session to anyone unless you give her written permission to do so with the exception of confidentially limitations required by law.

RECORDED SESSIONS

Recordings are intended for personal use and not to be shared with others.
Download sessions and products are not exchangeable and are non-refundable.

No express or implied guarantee of results is made. The content of this audio is for educational and informational purposes only. The content should not be used for the diagnosis or treatment of any condition or disease. If you are currently being treated by a physician or other healthcare practitioner for any condition or disease, please consult with that provider prior to changing or modifying any treatment program.

CANCELLATION AND FEE POLICY

Payment is due after booking your session. Since time has been especially reserved for you, please understand that a 24-hour cancellation notice is expected and missed appointments will be charged.
You also understand that if you do not attend a scheduled session or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, payment for the session cannot be refunded.

The current fee for Private Sessions is $195 AUD per session for your initial session and $165 AUD for further sessions.

Helen Tyson reserves the right to adjust session pricing in the future.

Payments of session fees are currently processed through Electronic Funds Transfer to a nominated bank account.

Processing of session fees need to be completed within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

If your fee has not been paid within 48 hours your booking may be cancelled.

By booking and paying for an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this document and agree to its terms and wish to proceed with Sessions with Helen Tyson.
